A CAS birthday card for two challenges at CAS-ual Fridays and CASology.  

I am also entering this into the anything goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp.

I was at a loss as to where to start with this set, so I went back to 

Nichole's introduction of the Grunge Me set back in April of 2011.  

My card is a case of one of her's on this post. 
I made two slightly different versions.

CASology ~ Berries

The cue word this week at CASology is "fruit."  I hope these berries qualify as fruit, since I don't have many fruit stamps.  I haven't had much time to stamp lately, but for once happily I cannot blame my job. We have been celebrating birthdays ~ my son's, my Mom's and mine. Yesterday was my son's party at the Youth Hall with fourteen boys playing basketball, tennis, and bowling.  If I could have harnessed all of the energy in that room, the energy crisis would have been solved ; ).

A birthday card for my son who is going to be eight this week.  

He loves Wii, in fact he's playing now :).  

I used the colors for this week's ColourQ challenge (perfect, since his favorite color is red).

A Basketball Thank You

A quick thank you card for the kids who will be coming to my son's birthday party.  

I made 16 in really a rather short amount of time.  

It is a very CAS case of one of my earlier cards here.

I am entering it into the challenge at Less is More.

Three of anything that is, three colours, three images, three stamps, three words, the number three.... it's up to you, but don't forget the white space, a simple design and just one layer!

An Anniversary Card?

I am thinking that I will use this for an anniversary card.  

The colors are more masculine, but the flourishes and pearls add a feminine flair.

My parents anniversary is just after Christmas, and I am always late.

Ha, now I just have to remember that I made this in July!
