the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches and the flowers and

chevrons theme at CAS-ual Fridays.

I Heart You!

I wanted to make a a second card for the Tuesday Trigger.

My first one was quite literal.  I am entering a second card 

into the bingo challenge at Simon Says Stamp.  

I used the middle row of the bingo card.

I plan on tucking this into my son's backpack on the first day of school.

Congratulations, Carissa!

Papertrey Day 7 ~ Hearts ~ Take 2

In honor of the upcoming Valentine's Day holiday and Melissa Bickford's new Heart-2-Heart stamp series, your challenge today is to create a project that incorporates hearts into it's design.  They can be stamped hearts, die-cut hearts, felt hearts, glittered hearts, a heart border, or even heart shaped card base.  Want to be inspired even further?  Do a search on Pinterest or Google for hearts!

Boy Valentines

Why do I need so many Valentines?
I am a nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and I make Valentines for all of the babies to give to their parents.  So here are twelve more:

I think the bashful blue plane isn't quite enough contrast with the soft sky background, but had already die cut and stamped them, so decided to go ahead and use them.
