I've missed more challenges than usual lately as I was working

on twenty one of these for baby shower invitations.  They actually

would also work for a bridal shower invitation.  I am entering 

them at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where

anything goes.

Before & After

I made five baby shower invitations for a friend to choose

from, so I had four baby shower invites that I did not need.

I was able to change them into thank you cards for her.  I am 

entering them at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge 

where anything goes.

Moxie Fab World's General Craft Supplies Challenge

I actually made these two cards for a different challenge

at Moxie Fab World ~ the Tuesday Trigger: Honoring Ombre.

However I often don't get to a challenge until close to the end, and then

am too tired to post my cards.  I have a stack of these unfortunately ;).

Fortunately this time, I think they do work for the challenge to use

general craft supplies.  I used embroidery floss on both.  The embroidery 

flosses are also ombre.  At Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge 

 its anything goes, so I am posting there also.

Black & White plus One

Happy Monday ~ I'm always a bit off from the rest of the world

with my work schedule.  I worked 12 hours on Saturday and 

Sunday, so today I was off of work.  I made a card for the ColourQ

challenge to use black and white with only one color.  This I can

do ;).  Sometimes I am completely stumped with four or five colors.

Apple Scrabble

The challenge this week at CASology is "apple."  I have 

one tiny apple stamp, so I had to think a bit about this one.

The challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is back to school.  I used

The more that you read ...

I am stocking up on cards to slip into my son's backpack.

The "book" challenge at CASology was perfect for this 

one.  I used the sketch at Seize the Sketch, and I am also 

linking up at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

where anything goes this week.  The small book accents

were fussy cut from patterned paper in the paper pack.
Unfortunately the sentiment photographed a bit light, but
 IRL it matches the darker aqua books in the bookshelf.
