Yet Another Fall Card

The ladies, Sylvia and Christine, at Addicted to CAS, were so kind to
choose my cards for Top 3 in the last two challenges, so naturally I
had to play along again for the current one layer challenge.
I am also entering them at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge,
where the current challenge is to keep it clean and simple.

Despite making mostly CAS cards, I find one layer cards very difficult.
I like my die cuts, and truthfully I am not really very good at stamping.
I often go through a lot of cardstock to get a clean stamped image.  I
think part of my problem is that I have a lot of clear stamps and often
use Stampin Up! inks. Do you have have a favorite ink for clear stamps?

  1. I found a new ink called Clearly Better at JoAnn's. It is specifically for clear stamps. I really like it. I didn't find many colors but the ones I did find I like very much -- black, brown, blue are the ones I bought.

  2. Jean, this is beautiful! Perfect one-layer card! I love that you carried over the sequins to the inside, too. :) I really like chalk inks when it comes to stamping with clear stamps! That, and Hero Arts' Mid-Tone Shadow inks.. they have great coverage, too. Hope this helps a little. :) And thanks for playing along over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog!
