I finished the Valentine's Day cards for work ~ Yippee! These are
the cards the babies will be giving their parents at the NICU I work
at. I also made little candy tents to hold Hershey hugs and kisses ~
super simple. I am trying to use up some of my stash of
non-PTI and non-SU papers this year. The red paper for the
tents is from this stash of paper. The die I used for the cards
is "new," so I am entering these at Addicted to CAS. I did make
one more card using the same layout and die, but with a
minimum of patterned paper. I am entering this one at CASology
for their cue word of "contrast." One more "to do" crossed
for their cue word of "contrast." One more "to do" crossed
off my list, now I can start the St. Patrick's Day cards for work ;).
This weekend my son's wrestling team had their home tournament,
so yesterday was a long day. I volunteered before and after the times
he wrestled. I am happy to say that he took second. This is the
best he has done this year. They usually wrestle in 5 man brackets,
so fifth place is last. He has had 2 fifths and one fourth place so
far this year.
