A Pumpkin Thanks

A pumpkin shaped card for two challenges at CASology
All of the edges on this card are sponged.  That
little detail seemed to add just a bit extra to the card,
while still keeping CAS.  The embroidery floss is varigated,
and I think that picked up the range of blues in the photo.
The card is just the pumpkin shape.  I had to photograph it
flat, because the bottom is rounded.

Supplies ~
Paper:  PTI Rustic White & Kraft
Ink:  SU Marina Mist & Crumb Cake (for sponging the edges)
Dies:  PTI Shape Up Series Pumpkin, Shape Up Series: Pumpkin Sections & Quick Stitch Sentiments
Additional Supplies:  PTI Woodgrain Impression Plate (for the stem), DMC Embroidery Floss (#121)

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Jean

  1. Another beauty! Very creative to stitch the sentiment! Love the color as I buy a bluish pumpkin ever year. Hope you are doing well.

  2. You're right about that sponging - it adds a lot of dimension and makes the whole thing look 3D! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
