I made a belated birthday card for a fellow purple lover.  The cue 

word this week at CASology is "purple."  I am choosing the "anything

goes" option at Seize the Birthday, since I wanted to keep it very CAS.

My card was inspired by this recent pin.

I'm sorry about the photos, the black is actually all black.

Happy, Happy, Happy ...

A CAS birthday card for the glitter challenge at 

CAS-ual Fridays, the color challenge at Dynamic Duos

and the cue word of "word" at CASology.

While the colors definitely seem "boy" to me, I am hoping 

its still "boyish" enough even with the glitter and sequins.

The sequins are actually the exact same color as the ink IRL.

Thinking of You

I love purple, so I had to play along with the color

challenge at Color Throwdown.  The long panel has

Old Olive as its background, so I substituted that in place

of the Garden Green, since they offered us the option not

to use the exact colors.  I used the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch.

I paper pieced the flowers, so I will also enter it at Simon Says Stamp.
